We follow a Firm Cancellation Policy. Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Events such as weddings, retreats, or celebrations held at VOAR are subject to a separate signed contract detailing specific terms, including responsibilities, timing, capacity, and vendor usage. This contract supersedes general terms in the event of any inconsistency. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets and children are not permitted in any of the rooms or shared spaces. Only service animals, as defined by law, may be allowed by prior written notice.
